The effect shines in Fetish-focused setups where you already field a swarming army: every summoned ally adds to your sustained damage and soaks hits for you. My tip: favor fast, frequently triggering attacks over slow heavy-hitting spells, so the summon chance procs as often as possible and your entourage refills quickly.
