Since your little helpers stab away nonstop, that drives the cooldowns of these two powerful summons down rapidly and keeps them almost always available.

That makes the blade the heart of a fetish build, where your army is constantly replenished and Big Bad Voodoo stands ready nearly without pause. Tip: stack as many active fetishes as possible and aim for high attack speed, because the more often they hit, the faster the cooldowns plunge. This creates a self-sustaining loop of a permanently present Fetish Army and a constantly refreshable Voodoo buff, the foundation of the strongest fetish setups.
