Homing, twice-exploding toads

Rhen'ho Flayer upgrades the Witch Doctor's toads in two ways: they now actively chase enemies and can explode twice instead of once. The ceremonial dagger thus turns an otherwise unreliable skill into a homing damage source that delivers its damage twice over.

For Witch Doctor builds centered on Plague of Toads, the dagger is the key enabler, providing accuracy and damage at the same time. Tip: Use the toads against mobile or scattered enemies where the homing helps most, and combine the dagger with sources that further boost your poison or toad damage so each of the two explosions hits as hard as possible.
