"How curious. The day we cross paths is also the day of your passing."—Necromancer Krysbin

Krysbin's Sentence

This ring rewards crowd control: you deal considerably more damage against slowed enemies and even a multiple of that against foes suffering another control-impairing effect such as stun, fear or freeze. For the Necromancer this is one of the strongest damage multipliers there is.

The ring therefore calls for builds that apply control reliably, for instance through slowing zones, freezing abilities or supporting effects. The tripled bonus against hard-controlled enemies makes every extra source of control extremely valuable. Practical tip: make sure your targets are kept under a true control-impairing effect as permanently as possible, not merely slowed, since that is the only way to fully exploit the tripled damage bonus, ideally with a pet or curse source that controls continuously.

Why a high roll counts three times

The base bonus against slowed enemies rolls between 75 and 100%. The tripled tier builds directly on that rolled value, so every extra percentage point counts three times against stunned, feared or frozen targets. Primal Ancient copies carry the maximum. Keep in mind that the power only works for the Necromancer, even though the ring fits on anyone's finger.

Ring slot, cube and stats

The power works on your finger just as well as in the jewelry slot of Kanai's Cube. The ring comes with a fixed 5–7% attack speed and rolls 416–500 Strength, Dexterity or Intelligence, of which the Necromancer wants Intelligence. Good additional stats are Critical Hit Chance, Critical Hit Damage, Cooldown Reduction and a socket.

Krysbin's Sentence is often combined with Haunted Visions, Steuart's Greaves, Scythe of the Cycle, Reilena's Shadowhook, Convention of Elements and Ring of Royal Grandeur.

A greeting from Krysbin

The flavor text lets the Necromancer Krysbin speak for himself: whoever crosses his path meets their end that same day. It fits the ring's name, which reads like a verdict passed on the enemy.
