The Band of Might rewards a mobile playstyle: after every cast of Furious Charge, Ground Stomp or Leap, your damage taken drops dramatically for several seconds. As long as you keep these skills firing on rhythm, the protection stays up permanently and makes your Barbarian astonishingly tough without leaning on pure defensive stats.
That makes the ring a cornerstone of many high-end Barbarian builds that are constantly on the move anyway, such as Whirlwind or Ancient Spear variants. Tip: Plan your skill rotation so no gap ever opens up. The moment the buff is about to fade, your next charge should already be ready. Especially in deep Greater Rifts, this seamless reduction is often what keeps you alive.
