Circle of Nailuj's Evol is the key ring for any Skeletal Mage Necromancer. It summons an extra Skeletal Mage with each cast and also extends how long they last. Instead of a small band, you soon stand surrounded by a dense phalanx of summoned mages that deal damage far longer before crumbling away.
The effect scales your output sharply, because more active mages mean more simultaneous damage. Keep your summoning rolling steadily so you hold the mage stack near its maximum. Watch your essence management, since building a full pack of mages only truly pays off when they all fire on the target at once.
