They deliver two benefits at once: noticeably more attack speed and a drastically increased damage for the skill. Faster swings and harder hits combine into a damage spike that goes well beyond the sum of its parts.

That makes these bracers the heart of a Hammer of the Ancients build and almost mandatory if you run that skill as your main attack. The extra attack speed also helps you build Fury and other on-hit effects faster. My tip: make sure your resource supply keeps pace with the higher tempo - if attack speed lets you swing more often, you also burn more Fury and need a reliable refill.
