The Bindings of the Lesser Gods cleverly chain two Monk skills together: enemies you hit with Cyclone Strike then take significantly more damage from your mystic ally for a few seconds. If you run the fire variant with split allies, the bonus comes out even heftier.

The bracers are the heart of ally-focused Monk builds that rest their damage on the mystic companion and on pulling enemies in tight. Tip: Use Cyclone Strike not only to bunch enemies up but also as a constant amplifier right before your ally's damage window. Keep foes clumped together with the pull so as many as possible sit under the boosted damage at once and your ally cuts them down in a row.
