Strike While the Crowd Control Holds
Cesar's Memento turns any form of crowd control into a damage window. Blind, freeze or stun your enemies and, for a few seconds, your Wave of Light hits land far harder. That focus ties the bracer firmly to the Monk and Wave of Light builds, which already rely on packed enemy groups and rapid casting.
The trick is timing. Make sure your control effect (through runes or helper skills) reliably lands before you open your damage phase, so the bulk of your Wave of Light casts fall inside the amplified window. Pair the bracer with gear that also boosts Wave of Light, and the short but intense burst pays off in full.
