Pool of the item type from the game files, version 2.8.0. Skill damage bonuses only carry weight for their class. All properties of this slot

Rechel, a prominent member of Kingsport's Thieves Guild, may not have been the stealthiest cutpurse, but thanks in part to this ring, she was never caught by the authorities.

Speed through fear

Rechel's Ring of Larceny ties a mobility window to crowd control: after you fear an enemy, your movement speed surges for a few seconds. The ring also gives a chance to apply fear on hit, so you can keep the effect running in combat.

That makes it ideal for speed builds and fast farm runs where raw pace matters most. Tip: Use the ring with a reliable source of fear so the speed bonus stays up almost permanently, letting you cross empty stretches of the map noticeably faster and reach the next pack or rift guardian sooner.

Two ranges that work together

Two numbers matter on this ring. The power itself rolls between 45 and 60% movement speed for 4 seconds; a copy at 57% is already close to the cap, and a Primal Ancient reaches the full 60%. Just as important is the fixed 1.0 to 5.1% Chance to Fear on Hit. That is the ring's built-in fear source: the higher it rolls, the more often the ring triggers its own power, especially with skills that hit many enemies at once and therefore create many separate chances.

Rechel's ring on your finger or in the cube

Rechel's power fits the jewelry slot of Kanai's Cube. Keep in mind that only the legendary power works there; the ring's fear chance is left behind, so you need another way to fear enemies. Worn on a finger, the ring brings both. It is frequently paired with Squirt's Necklace, Goldwrap, Warzechian Armguards, Ring of Royal Grandeur and Echoing Fury.

For the remaining stats, take the main stat that suits you - Strength, Dexterity or Intelligence at 416 to 500 points - and look for Critical Hit Chance, Critical Hit Damage, a socket, Attack Speed or Cooldown Reduction.

A thief who never got caught

The flavor text introduces Rechel as a prominent member of Kingsport's Thieves Guild. She was hardly the stealthiest cutpurse, yet thanks in part to this ring the authorities never caught her - a fitting story for a power that turns a frightened enemy into a quick exit.
