"Drink in the fire of life, great warrior." —Duke Krede

Krede's Flame

This ring flips the script: when you take fire damage, your primary resource is restored instead of merely hurting you. Because the effect emanates, it also works when your follower wears the ring.

Since the ring carries no class restriction, it fits anywhere fire damage regularly hits you, such as burning ground patches, fiery affixes or fires you place yourself. You turn an otherwise dangerous damage source into an advantage. Practical tip: deliberately run the ring in situations with a steady fire source, for instance against burning enemy types or alongside effects that controllably stand you in fire, and at the same time secure enough protection so the damage does not overwhelm you.

What the Power Leaves Open

The power gives no amount: how much resource a fire hit returns is not stated, and there is no roll range either. Every Krede's Flame therefore works the same. Two things are certain: the only trigger is Fire damage taken, and only your primary resource gets refilled. Without a source of fire, whether enemies, ground effects or fires you set yourself, the power stays silent, and a secondary resource does not benefit.

The Ring's Stats

Besides the power, the ring is only guaranteed to bring a main stat at 416–500, either Dexterity, Intelligence or Strength. If the ring sits on your own finger, that stat should match your class; a wrong one can be enchanted anew by the Mystic. A Primal Ancient ring has the full 500 points. Since followers can wear rings, you can also hand Krede's Flame to yours if your own ring slot is too valuable.

Duke Krede's Invitation

The flavor text quotes Duke Krede with a single line: drink in the fire of life, great warrior. That is exactly what the power describes, turning fire that hits you into a source rather than only a danger.
