Haunted Visions rewrites the Necromancer's Simulacrum skill outright: instead of a timed double, it now persists permanently. The cost is a steady trickle of your maximum life each second, and the Simulacrums can copy your Death Nova but no longer cast Skeletal Mage. That makes the amulet a clear foundation for Necromancer Death Nova builds, where the doubles multiply your main attack.

Since the amulet constantly nibbles at your maximum health, you need reliable healing or life draw so the effect never drops you into danger. Plan your defensive package deliberately around that ongoing self-damage, and you'll enjoy permanently doubled firepower without ever stumbling.
