The Laws of Seph
This spirit stone turns Blinding Flash into a resource engine for the Monk: every cast of the skill restores a fixed amount of Spirit. That solves one of the class's core problems, namely that Spirit-hungry generators and spenders drain the resource faster than the Monk can refill it.
With The Laws of Seph you can use Blinding Flash as a cheap filler and bankroll your expensive spender skills without constantly running dry. The stone fits builds designed around steady Spirit consumption. My tip: deliberately weave Blinding Flash between your costly attacks to keep your Spirit topped up and secure an uninterrupted flow of damage.
