Pool of the item type from the game files, version 2.8.0. Skill damage bonuses only carry weight for their class. All properties of this slot

The history of the large azure gem set in this ring is unknown. Some scholars surmise it was crafted by the ancient nephalem using techniques now lost, while others believe it was fashioned from the crystallized blood of Anu himself. Regardless of its origin, the gem acts as a lodestone for arcane power, drawing it in, and then focuses it through its facets to heal the ring's wearer.

Healing scales with missing life

Rogar's Huge Stone is a defensively oriented ring: it increases your life per second more the more life you are missing. When you are near full, the bonus is small; when you drop into dangerous territory, the healing surges. This self-regulating effect catches you precisely when things get dicey.

The ring is class-independent and suits builds that must survive under pressure without sacrificing a dedicated healing skill. Tip: Combine the stone with effects that raise your Life per Second so the percentage bonus amounts to more in absolute terms, reliably pulling you back out of the danger zone in critical moments.

No Base Value, No Bonus

The ring produces no healing of its own; it amplifies your existing Life per Second by a percentage. If your gear carries no Life regeneration, the power simply has nothing to enlarge. That is why the tip above is there for a reason: only with a decent base of Life per Second does the stone become a real lifeline.

The Roll Sets the Ceiling

The 75–100% range describes the maximum bonus, reached when a lot of your Life is missing. A ring at 100% doubles your Life per Second in an emergency, one at 75% stays below that. A high roll therefore pays off exactly in the moments the ring is needed at all; a Primal Ancient copy reaches the full 100%.

Besides the power, the ring only rolls +416–500 Dexterity, Intelligence or Strength, with no fixed affixes. Followers can wear it on a finger as well.

A Stone of Unknown Origin

The flavor text leaves the origin of the large azure gem open: some scholars credit the ancient nephalem, others the crystallized blood of Anu himself. What is certain is that it draws in arcane power and focuses it to heal its wearer.
