This helm ensures that every Meteor you cast automatically benefits from the Star Pact rune and deals significantly more damage on top. You no longer drop a single boulder but rain down a hail of smaller meteors – while still being able to run a different Meteor rune with its own added effect.

For the Wizard, Mempo of Twilight is the heart of a Meteor build, combining high hit density with a hefty damage bonus. Since the helm also brings attack speed, all resistance, and a socket, it's defensively valuable too. Tip: Pick the Meteor rune whose effect helps you most – you get the meteor shower for free anyway – and aim at well-packed enemy groups so the falling hail hits as many targets at once as possible.
