You begin to feel terribly hungry. When did you last eat?

Stackable maximum life from health globes

The Insatiable Belt rewards picking up health globes several times over: each globe you collect raises your maximum life for a while, and this bonus stacks multiple times. The belt also enlarges the radius in which you gather gold and health globes, so you build and maintain the stacks more easily. With full stacks you have a noticeably larger life buffer that lets you survive harder hits.

The effect is class-agnostic and suits any build that already generates plenty of health globes, whether through relevant skills or passives. My tip: keep the stacks active in combat by regularly collecting globes rather than leaving them lying around. That way you stay at increased maximum life permanently and gain a reliable survival edge in grueling fights.

The numbers behind the stacks

Each health globe you pick up grants 5% more maximum Life for 15 seconds, stacking up to 5 times. The power has no roll range - every belt delivers the same values. What that means in play: even at full health it pays to grab a globe, because the stack on your maximum Life counts whether or not you need the healing at that moment.

Fixed properties that play along

+416–500 Vitality and a 1–2-yard larger pickup radius for gold and health globes are built in. The radius ties directly into the power: globes get picked up even when you don't walk right over them. A random primary attribute rolls at 416–500 - take your class stat, and let the Mystic fix it if needed.

Hunger in the flavor text

The flavor text addresses you directly: you suddenly feel terribly hungry and wonder when you last ate. The belt's name picks up exactly that insatiable appetite.
