The Angel Hair Braid grants Punish the effect of every rune at once. Instead of choosing a single benefit, the Crusader combines all of that skill's rune bonuses, such as extra healing, resources, speed, and damage variants, in one ability. This turns 'Punish' into a versatile, self-sustaining attack.
That makes the belt ideal for builds that use 'Punish' as their main attack and thus benefit from the bundled effect. As a belt, the power can't be cubed and must be worn. Combine it with items that boost your primary skill to turn this all-round ability into a true workhorse.
