The Bakuli Jungle Wraps make enemies affected by Locust Swarm or Piranhas take significantly more damage from Firebats. For the Witch Doctor this creates a clear combo mechanic: you first mark packs with one of your area curses, then unload empowered Firebats on the primed targets.

That makes the belt the backbone of Firebats builds that already rely on this damage chain. As a belt, the power can't be cubed and must be worn. Make sure to apply your debuff reliably before the damage and keep it on the packs so the multiplier stays active; combined with further fire and Firebats bonuses, it reaches its full effect.
