The Belt of Transcendence summons a Fetish whenever you hit with one of your mana-spending skills. For the Witch Doctor that means you assemble an ever-growing swarm of little companions simply by attacking as usual, all of them dealing extra damage without you having to sacrifice your own skill slots.
That makes the belt the heart of Fetish-focused Witch Doctor builds that base their entire damage output on these small helpers. Tip: Pick a fast, cheap mana spender as your main attack so you land as many hits per second as possible and your retinue swells to full strength quickly. Use mana regeneration or cost reduction to make sure you never run dry and the stream of new fetishes never breaks off.
