Akkhan's Leniency

Akkhan's Leniency rewards every enemy you hit with Blessed Shield with a temporary damage bonus to that same skill. Throwing the shield through dense packs builds a noticeable damage multiplier that ramps quickly against many targets. The effect is Crusader-only and clearly centered on a 'Blessed Shield' build.

Because the bonus is short-lived, you want to keep throwing the shield to maintain it; attack speed and cooldown reduction help here. Since the power is weapon-bound, you wield the flail directly. Paired with sets and jewelry that boost 'Blessed Shield', it reaches its full potential.
