This staff makes Meteor doubly valuable for the Wizard: lesser enemies are pulled toward the point of impact, and once-hit foes take increasingly more damage from further meteors, with the effect stacking several times. That gathers and concentrates whole mob packs exactly where your fire comes down.

The staff truly shines in dense Greater Rifts: the longer you bombard the same spot, the higher the damage bonus climbs on the clustered enemies. My tip: pick a fixed impact point and fire meteors onto it repeatedly instead of scattering your hits. That builds the stacks to the maximum and turns bunched packs into pure experience and loot.
