The Flow of Eternity makes the Monk skill Seven-Sided Strike hit harder while substantially cutting its cooldown. This way you turn a rather occasionally cast burst ability into a tool you can run almost continuously, which considerably raises your damage against both single targets and small groups.

The daibo is clearly built for Seven-Sided Strike Monks who put this skill at the center of their rotation. My tip: stack additional cooldown reduction from other sources so the strike stays available almost without pause and you dish out its increased damage seamlessly. Aim it deliberately at dangerous elite enemies and bosses, because thanks to the shortened wait you can rain the amplified attack down on a target in quick succession.
