The Fist of Az'Turrasq massively amplifies the death explosion of the Monk skill Exploding Palm. When a marked target dies, the triggered detonation drags everything nearby along with it, and exactly this chain burst becomes the heart of your area damage.

The fist weapon is clearly tailored to Exploding Palm Monks who mark enemies and then deliberately bring them to explosion. My tip: apply the mark to as many foes as possible in a dense group, then trigger the detonation on a central target so the amplified explosion drives a chain reaction through the entire cluster. Since the fist also brings spirit regeneration, you keep your resource flow up and can play the skill without interruption across large enemy masses.
