Seven Extra Strikes

This fist weapon makes Seven-Sided Strike deliver seven additional hits, effectively doubling the skill's hit count. Each of those extra strikes benefits from your damage bonuses, so an already brutal combo turns into a true barrage.

For the Monk this is the cornerstone of an explosive burst build around Seven-Sided Strike, shining especially against single strong targets and elites. Tip: Make sure every strike lands on the same target instead of spreading them out – combine this with runes or items that amplify each hit and the extra strikes stack into enormous single-target damage in a fraction of a second.
