For fast speed builds and generally for any Necromancer who wants to switch between enemy groups quickly, these boots are therefore an excellent choice. Tip: use Blood Rush on a steady cadence, just as the speed bonus is about to lapse, so you travel at top speed almost continuously. That way you greatly shorten your travel times when farming lower tiers and reach new enemy clusters before others have even set off - a clear edge for efficient speed farming.
