These boots let the Barbarian cast Leap up to three times in quick succession within a short window before the cooldown kicks in. A single mobility skill becomes a chain of bounds that lets you cover huge distances in seconds or blast out of an encirclement.

For the Barbarian this is a gain in both speed and survivability – ideal for connecting enemy packs, racing through rifts, or escaping tight spots. Tip: Pick a Leap rune that deals damage or stuns on impact and its effect multiplies across three jumps in a row – open fights with a powerful flurry before the cooldown even applies.
