This mighty belt lifts the Barbarian's Rend to a new level: enemies can now be afflicted with two stacks of the bleed effect instead of just one, and the skill's damage also rises considerably. The doubled bleed doubles the lingering damage over time on each target.

This makes the belt the heart of Rend builds that rely on sustained bleed damage across large packs, often combined with set bonuses that amplify the effect further. Practical tip: keep the bleed effect up on as many enemies as possible at once by spreading Rend broadly across the pack, and make sure both stacks are always active, since the increased damage only pays off over the full duration of the bleed.
