This mighty belt links two skills together: Ground Stomp now also triggers an Avalanche, and on top of that Avalanche's damage is greatly increased. You turn a control skill into a damage bomb without having to sacrifice an extra skill slot for it.

For the Barbarian this opens up a punchy area build: you stun the enemies with Ground Stomp and, in the same instant, bring rocks crashing down on them. Practical tip: drop Ground Stomp right into dense packs so the Avalanche catches as many targets at once as possible. Since the stun holds the foes in place, they soak the full falling damage instead of fleeing the danger zone.
