This sword revolves entirely around the Wizard's Energy Twister: every twister already active increases the damage of further twisters, and the effect stacks multiple times. On top of that, your Energy Twisters automatically gain the Raging Storm rune effect, and several twisters can merge into a larger tornado.

That turns a fleeting single skill into a self-reinforcing storm that grows more powerful with every additional cast. The build shines in dense enemy groups where many twisters rage at once. My tip: always keep several Energy Twisters active simultaneously rather than triggering them one after another, because only that keeps the damage stacks high and triggers the powerful merges that form the devastating mega-tornado.
