This Crusader shield turns blocking into a source of healing: each time you block an attack, you and your allies are healed for a portion of the blocked amount. Combined with the shield's extra block chance, Salvation becomes a reliable, combat-driven healing tool that fires more often the more hits rain down on you.

The shield suits defensive, block-oriented Crusaders and is especially valuable in group play, since the healing extends to your teammates as well. My tip: run it in builds that already push your block chance high, and deliberately stand in the line of fire of many enemies, because every blocked blow then becomes a small life surge for your entire team.
