Ambo's Pride

Ambo's Pride fundamentally changes Whirlwind: enemies you hit are also afflicted with Rend, and all of its bleed damage is compressed into a single second. Instead of slow damage over time, you get a compact, fast-ticking burst that pairs perfectly with the Barbarian's constant motion.

This makes the weapon the heart of Whirlwind-Rend builds that plow through packs while stacking bleeds nonstop. Since the effect is weapon-bound, you wield it directly; combine it with sources that amplify bleed damage and with high attack speed so the compressed damage is refreshed as often as possible.
