Very rare. Made from bones harvested from a live demon—not an easy thing to do.
Archfiend Arrows
Archfiend Arrows bundle three classic ranged stats into one quiver: increased attack speed, critical hit chance, and extra damage against elites. This isn't a build-altering skill effect but a package of pure offensive stats, especially valuable for Demon Hunter builds that rely on fast, crit-heavy attacks.
Because there's no unique transformative power here, the quiver competes mainly through the sum and size of its stats against other quivers. It serves well as a solid building block when you don't need a build-defining quiver effect. When rolling it, prioritize maximum attack speed and critical hit chance, as these deliver the greatest damage gain.
Three Fixed Stats and Their Ranges
All three properties are fixed and only vary in size: 15–20% attack speed, 8–10% critical hit chance and 5–8% increased damage against elites. A Primal Ancient quiver reaches the maximum everywhere, meaning 20.0% attack speed, 10.0% critical hit chance and 8.0% elite damage. Since Archfiend Arrows only stand out from other copies through these numbers, every single roll deserves a look.
No Cube Slot, but Reforging
Archfiend Arrows carry no legendary power, so there is nothing to extract into Kanai's Cube. The quiver only works when you hold it in your off-hand. To improve a weak copy you have two options: the Mystic rerolls one property, for example a low elite damage value. Reforging in Kanai's Cube rerolls the entire item instead, which makes sense when several values sit at the bottom of their range. A follower can carry the quiver too.
Bones of a Living Demon
The flavor text is short and grim: these arrows are very rare and made from bones harvested from a live demon, which, as it notes, is not an easy thing to do.
