Manajuma's Way

Manajuma's Way is a playful two-piece set for the Witch Doctor that puts Hex - Angry Chicken at its center. While you run around as a chicken, the skill's explosion damage is massively increased, you move much faster and enjoy significant damage reduction. Slain enemies trigger further explosions, and every half second you summon additional chickens that chase down enemies and detonate as well.

The result is an extremely mobile, AoE-heavy build that tears entire groups apart in a chain of explosions while you scurry across the map, barely vulnerable yourself. The gameplay is fast and chaotic and rewards aggressively charging in. Practical tip: Keep the chicken form active as continuously as possible, since the damage bonus, speed and protection only apply in this form and shortly afterward. Plan your cooldowns so that hardly any gaps occur.

The chicken phase in numbers

With both pieces, the explosion damage of Hex - Angry Chicken rises by 2000%, and every slain enemy triggers an additional explosion. The transformation lasts 15 seconds. During that time and for 5 seconds afterward you move an additional 100% faster and gain 75% damage reduction. On top of that, as a chicken you spawn another chicken every half second that seeks out enemies and deals 100% of your explosion damage.

The trailing window is worth noting: protection and speed do not end the moment the transformation does, but last 5 seconds longer. You can use that time to reposition before turning into a chicken again.

Knife and mojo

The set consists of the ceremonial knife Manajuma's Carving Knife and the mojo Manajuma's Gory Fetch, so it occupies both main hand and off-hand. If you own a duplicate of either, Kanai's Cube turns the spare into the missing piece.
