Turning Corpses Into Damage Stacks

Corpsewhisper Pauldrons reward the Necromancer for harvesting corpses. Every time you consume a corpse, the damage of your Corpse Lance rises for a few seconds - and it stacks up to a solid maximum. From a battlefield full of corpses you build a massive damage bonus, one layer at a time.

The shoulders are perfect for Corpse Lance builds that already use corpses as fuel. Make sure fresh corpses are always available - through skills that generate them, for instance - so you ramp the stack quickly and then keep it high. Corpse Lance only reaches its full potential at maximum stacks, so never let your corpse supply run dry.
