Spirit Barrage

Mundunugu's Regalia hugely amplifies the Witch Doctor's Spirit Barrage and rewards staying near enemies. The 6-piece bonus additionally scales with your Mana Regeneration per second.

How to play: Place Spirit Barrage (Phantasm) on enemies and keep good spacing. High, sustained area damage for both pushing and speeds.

A Voodoo that walks with you

The 2-piece bonus fundamentally changes Big Bad Voodoo: the skill now follows you and lasts twice as long. Instead of staying inside its area, you carry it with you as you push forward.

At four pieces, entering the spirit realm becomes your defensive switch: every time, you take 60% less damage for the next 30 seconds. Work that step into your routine regularly so the damage reduction never lapses.

The 6-piece bonus and your Mana Regeneration

Spirit Barrage costs 100 Mana and bombards an enemy with 4 spirit bolts for a total of 600% weapon damage as Cold. The 6-piece bonus increases that damage by 17,500% and adds a further percentage equal to 5 times your Mana Regeneration per second. Every point of Mana Regeneration on your gear turns into damage.

Comparing the runes

Phantasm summons a phantasm that deals 750% weapon damage to all enemies within 10 yards over 5 seconds; up to 3 can be active at once. Manitou creates a phantom that hovers over you and attacks nearby enemies for 14,000% weapon damage over 20 seconds. The Spirit Is Willing returns 12 Mana per hit, Phlebotomize heals you for 6437 Life per hit, and Well of Souls sends 3 extra spirits after additional enemies.

Pieces and cube

The set's helm is a voodoo mask, Mundunugu's Headdress. The Regalia is frequently combined with The Barber, Frostburn, the Ring of Royal Grandeur and Sacred Harvester.
