Krelm’s Buff Bulwark is a tiny two-piece set that delivers a single but hefty effect: a solid boost to your Vitality. More Vitality means a larger Life pool, which gives you the buffer you need in dicey situations to survive a heavy hit or trigger a heal.

Since the set only occupies the belt and bracers slots, it can easily be slotted into almost any build that could use a bit of extra toughness, without blocking valuable slots for defining class sets. It's class-independent and especially useful during the leveling and transition phase. Practical tip: Fall back on this set when you're simply short on Life, but keep in mind that pure Vitality loses value compared to percentage damage reduction or resistances in the tough endgame. There, damage-oriented alternatives often pay off more.

A bonus with no strings attached

The set bonus is a single value: +500 Vitality as soon as Krelm's Buff Belt and Krelm's Buff Bracers are worn together. There are no stacks, no cooldown and no skill the bonus depends on – it is always active. That is what makes the set so straightforward: you do not have to change how you play to get the benefit.

What matters on the two pieces

Because the bonus is fixed, the other properties on the belt and bracers decide how good the set really is for you. The Mystic can re-enchant one property on each of the two pieces, which at least lets you replace one weak value on purpose.

Both pieces are mandatory, since a single piece grants no bonus. If you find one twice, Kanai's Cube can convert it into another piece of the same set – with just two pieces, that gives you the missing counterpart.
