Endless Walk – movement as strategy
Endless Walk is a universal amulet-and-ring pair that rewards how you move: as long as you keep moving, you build up rising damage reduction, and the moment you stand still your damage dealt climbs steadily. This creates a natural rhythm – walk to reposition safely, then root yourself to strike at full power.
Because the set is class-agnostic, it suits virtually any build, especially those that alternate short bursts of movement with stationary damage windows. Practical tip: learn to use the movement phase for dodging and gathering, then plant your feet only once enemies are bunched up – that way you hit with both the full damage bonus and the protection you built beforehand. As a pure jewelry set, it tucks elegantly alongside a big class set.
Two caps, one state
The bonus has two maximums: up to 50% less damage taken while moving, and up to 100% more damage dealt while standing still. Both are worded as "up to" – the full effect does not kick in instantly. Since at any moment you are either moving or standing, your positioning decides which of the two effects is currently in play.
Builds that can deal damage from one spot for a long time get the most out of it. If you have to stay on the move constantly, you mainly profit from the protective half.
Ring and amulet
The set consists of the ring The Compass Rose and the amulet The Traveler's Pledge. It takes up your amulet slot and one ring slot, leaving the second ring slot free for another ring. If you own a duplicate of either piece, Kanai's Cube turns the spare into another piece of the same set – with only two pieces, that means a second ring becomes the missing amulet or vice versa.
