Set Bonuses

  1. 2 PiecesHitting an enemy with Arcane Orb, Energy Twister, Magic Missile, Shock Pulse, Spectral Blade, Electrocute, or Arcane Torrent also casts Slow Time at them. This effect will not trigger if the target is already inside a Slow Time bubble. The cooldown of Teleport will reset while you're inside bubbles generated from this set or cast by you.
  2. 4 PiecesYou take 75% reduced damage while you have a Slow Time active. Allies inside your Slow Time gain half benefit.
  3. 6 PiecesEnemies affected by your Slow Time and for 5 seconds after exiting take 20,000% increased damage from your Arcane Orb, Energy Twister, Magic Missile, Shock Pulse, Spectral Blade, Electrocute, and Arcane Torrent abilities.

Delsere's Magnum Opus – master of time

Delsere's Magnum Opus revolves entirely around the Wizard's Slow Time bubbles. Hitting enemies with your arcane spells – Magic Missile, Arcane Orb, Spectral Blade and the like – automatically slows them and refreshes your Teleport. Inside the bubble you also become far more durable, while the trapped foes take dramatically more damage from those same spells – a loop of control, protection and amplification.

The set suits the methodical Wizard who places bubbles cleverly and lures enemies in. Practical tip: drop the bubble where monsters gather, stay inside its area for the survival bonus, and unload your empowered signature spell there. When pushing Greater Rifts, Delsere reaches its full potential with high attack speed and complementary legendaries.

The seven trigger spells

The 2-piece bonus responds to Arcane Orb, Energy Twister, Magic Missile, Shock Pulse, Spectral Blade, Electrocute and Arcane Torrent. Four of these are free signature spells, while Arcane Orb, Energy Twister and Arcane Torrent spend Arcane Power. If an enemy already stands in a bubble, no new one appears – you create fresh bubbles by hitting targets outside the existing ones. The Teleport reset only applies while you yourself are inside such a bubble.

The 6-piece bonus is not limited to the bubble itself; it lasts for 5 seconds after an enemy leaves. Monsters that walk out keep taking the full 20,000% increased damage for a moment.

Runes for bubble and jump

Slow Time's runes let you choose between protection, damage and tempo: Exhaustion lowers the damage of affected enemies by 25%, Time Warp increases their damage taken by 15%, and Time Shell cuts the cooldown to 12 seconds. The 4-piece bonus also shields teammates inside your bubble – they receive half of the 75%.

Thanks to the reset, Teleport becomes an almost free movement skill; Safe Passage stacks another 25% damage reduction for 5 seconds on top.

Cube and ring slot

All six pieces are armor. Putting the Ring of Royal Grandeur in the cube frees one of those slots without losing a bonus. Beyond that, Delsere is often paired with Valthek's Rebuke, Ranslor's Folly, Wizardspike and Crown of the Primus.
