Born's Command – speed and experience
Born's Command is a lightweight comfort set focused on efficiency rather than peak damage. Two pieces grant more life, and the three-piece bonus trims all cooldowns while adding a hefty experience boost. The global cooldown reduction is especially handy because, regardless of class, it makes every active skill come back faster.
Since the set is class-agnostic and built around speed, survival and XP, it's primarily a leveling set. It noticeably accelerates the climb for fresh characters or seasonal heroes, but it steps aside for the big class sets at endgame. Practical tip: wear Born's Command while grinding up to max level, then swap it out for your real build set the moment damage becomes the priority.
The bonuses in numbers
Two pieces add 15% Life. At three pieces, the cooldown of all skills drops by 10.0% and you gain 20% more experience – though only 2.0% at level 70. That limitation explains why the set does the most while leveling: the experience part shrinks to a fraction at max level, while the Life and cooldown reduction remain.
The set consists of Born's Frozen Soul (chest), Born's Privilege (shoulders) and the sword Born's Furious Wrath. For the full bonus you are committing your weapon slot as well. A duplicate piece can be turned into another Born's Command piece in Kanai's Cube.
Command or Defiance?
Born's Defiance occupies the same three slots – chest, shoulders, sword – but with different pieces: Born's Heart of Steel, Born's Impunity and Born's Searing Spite. Defiance only has a 2-piece bonus with less Life and no cooldown reduction. Pieces from the two Born sets do not count together, so a Defiance sword will not complete Born's Command.
