Gameplay

The build surrounds you with a rotating bone storm that hits multiple times per second and, through the 6-piece set, massively amplifies your Death Nova.

You run through the mobs, keep Frailty (Aura of Frailty) as a permanent curse on all enemies and spam Death Nova (Blood Nova).

The Blood Nova rune costs life instead of essence – which is why you offset it through Devour (Devouring Aura) and Aquila/life-steal sustain.

Damage & Scaling Mechanics

  • Spreading Malediction increases your damage per curse → keep Frailty always active
  • Bloodtide Blade scales Blood Nova with your maximum life → stack lots of Vitality and life regeneration
  • Bone Armor (Dislocation) groups packs and provides the damage-reduction base
  • Simulacrum (Reservoir) gives an essence buffer and a second nova source
This build is far tankier than the Bone Spear variant and forgives positioning mistakes – an ideal beginner-friendly Necro push.

Defense & Cooldowns

  • Blood Rush (Potency): for repositioning and the short damage reduction
  • Krysbin's Sentence: doubles your damage against crippled enemies
  • Lornelle's Sunstone: in the cube for more defense
