Tempest Rush is the Monk's speed king. Keep the Tempest Rush channel held continuously and gather as many enemies as possible – the set's 6-piece bonus drastically increases your damage per enemy hit by Tempest Rush and ramps extremely fast.

Won Khim Lau and Sweeping Wind provide constant lightning damage. Make sure Sweeping Wind (Inner Storm) is always at 3 stacks before you plow into a mob group.

Never plow into a pack without 3 stacks of Inner Storm – without full lightning damage your ramp-up collapses and you lose your damage window.

Spirit & Mobility

You cover your spirit cost through Chant of Resonance, Harmony and spirit-per-second affixes.

  • Epiphany (Insight): grants unlimited spirit for its duration – pop it on dense packs and elites.
  • Dashing Strike (Way of the Falling Star): gives you mobility across gaps and refreshes your Sweeping Wind.
  • Bindings of the Lesser Gods: boost your Cyclone Strike/pull, packing enemies tighter together.

Greater Rift Pushing

For GR pushing, time Convention of Elements' damage window (lightning phase) with your strongest pull. Bane of the Trapped and Bane of the Stricken provide the multiplier damage, while Taeguk benefits from continuous channeling and stacks to 10.

Traveler's Pledge + The Compass Rose (Endless Walk) give a damage bonus while moving and damage reduction while standing still – ideal for the constant cycle of movement and burst windows.
