Breaking Through Any Wall

The Bottomless Potion of Kulle-Aid is a special answer to an annoying problem: some elite enemies carry the Waller attribute and lock you in behind impassable barriers. Drink this potion and for a few seconds you simply break through those walls as if they were not there.

That makes it a cross-class insurance against exactly the situations where you would otherwise be helplessly walled in - ideal in higher Greater Rifts where the right elite affixes appear more often. Its value, however, depends heavily on how often you face wall-spawning enemies. My tip: keep the potion in mind when fighting a wall-spawning pack that cuts you off from your group or an escape route - one sip and the obstacle dissolves on the spot.

Five seconds of freedom

The effect is clearly limited: after drinking, you can burst through walls summoned by Waller elites for 5 seconds. After that, the walls hold you back as usual again. So drink it only when you actually want to move through a wall, not at the first sight of the elite pack. There is no roll range - every copy works identically - and the potion carries no additional stats either.

What it's good for - and what it isn't

The potion only helps against the walls of the Waller affix. It does nothing against other obstacles, crowd control or damage. That makes the Bottomless Potion of Kulle-Aid a convenience item: it saves you time when a wall cuts you off from the Rift Guardian, your group or the exit, but it makes your hero neither stronger nor tougher. So count it as pure time saved, not as damage or survival.

A potion with a wink

The text alone shows there's humor involved. The English flavor text simply reads "Oh, yeah!", while the German one says "Red Kull verleiht Freiheit" - both fitting for a potion that literally lets you smash through walls.
